Abstract
The two variables contribute to form the intellectual and philosophical framework of this research. The research aims to test the level of influence of the depth of spiritual leadership in achieving the dimensions of organizational excellence. The importance was evident in bridging the knowledge gap between existing intellectual proposals and the possibility of application. The research aimed to identify leadership behaviors and their impact on achieving the dimensions of organizational excellence. The research problem was represented by the limited awareness of managers of spiritual leadership behaviors and their role in achieving the dimensions of organizational excellence and identifying the cognitive and behavioral level of those leaders and the mechanism of dealing with subordinates in achieving organizational development. The sample size reached (61) managers. The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data and information related to the research. The correlation and influence relationships and the possibility of implementing them in the application environment were chosen. The research reached، through analysis and testing، a set of intellectual and theoretical conclusions and other applied conclusions that diagnosed the reality in effect in the application environment. It was found that the qualifications and behaviors of spiritual leadership within the company under study, represented by the Plastics Company in Baqubah, were at an acceptable level due to its high scientific levels that occupy positions. Administrative that contributes to achieving the dimensions of organizational excellence. The main recommendations focused on presenting a set of scientific proposals according to the available and possible capabilities that aim to increase the achievement of the company under study by diagnosing the behaviors of spiritual leadership and the obstacles
