Abstract

The idea of the research lies in focusing on the logical relationship of the parties to the contract concluded between them and the extent to which the balance is achieved in the obligations in this contract.  Balance, as the civil law obliges the parties not to exceed their conditions of legal logic, and here we focus on the extent to which the law achieves this balance and limiting the parties’ freedom to exchange contractual obligations in accordance with logic.
