Abstract

At the present time the genetic fingerprint is considered one of the most important evidences of criminal evidence as it is superior to evidence and one of the means of knowing the truth that does not leave room for doubt which prompted many countries to recognize it in order to find solutions to many criminal facts, no matter how diverse they are However. The legitimacy and adoption of DNA technology in some cases raises a number of difficulties and problems with regard to the use of technology as evidence in the affirmation or denial and this requires the development of legislation to simplify the procedures for working with it in order to decipher the circumstances of crimes and identify of the perpetrators. and at the same time protect people in society from the abuse that results from the misuse of the fingerprint.
