Abstract
Internal displacement was not a new phenomenon, but rather an old human phenomenon that most countries of the world suffered from, and it is more widespread and common in countries experiencing international and non-international armed conflicts and situations of turmoil and instability, which works to uproot the population and force them to migrate and flee in search of a safe place that protects them from fire. war, tyranny of armed groups, or the wrath of nature when their countries or regions are exposed to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, and droughts. As for Iraq, it has become a model for the homeless citizen because of the displacement and displacement that its population has been subjected to, for reasons that may be military, armed conflicts, or terrorist acts.
