Liability Arising from the Work of Others from the Perspective of the Iraqi Civil Legislator

Abstract
The liability arising from the work of others means that the responsibility incurred by the guardian or the person responsible for the care of any person for the actions carried out by those under his care as a result of acts contrary to law or agreement and which cause harm to others. This study dealt with the concept of liability, its definition, elements, scope, conditions and basis. It also dealt with the legal responsibility of the follower of subordinate actions of his boss, with reference to the conditions and the basis on which it is based, how it is determined and who is responsible for it, and how this official can avoid it and get rid of it. In addition, it briefly addressed some of the theories that spoke in this regard, followed by a short conclusion that included the most important findings, suggestions and recommendations.
