The Effect of Aerobic Exercise to Develop Special Strength and Skill Performance of Young Boxers (15-16) Years

Abstract
The significance of the study is in determining how much tugging exercises have an impact. On special strength and skill performance on punches. In addition, this study provides boxers, specialists and trainers with data on the training aspect and time saving to train boxers in the best way and train the players in imaginary skills similar to the real fight but applied in the air with the same speed and real technique of punches. The research problem lies in that there is a lack in the use of modern sharpening exercises in the stages of preparing special training programs for boxing players by boxing specialists and just be sufficient with the old traditional methods and routine programs that are not set. On the other hand, prepared in a way that aims to correctly identify the minutes of movement and how to apply it in an economic and fruitful manner so that it achieves the desired success in the basic skills for young boxers. The exercises consisted of (24) training units at a rate of three training units per week, and they were carried out for eight weeks. The research concluded that: The exercises used had a positive impact on the boxers’ own strength, including the explosive power of the arms, the endurance of punches performance, the speed characteristic of the arms, and the accuracy of performance in one of the tests on the punching bag. In one of the tests, some insignificant results appeared due to the difficulty of the test, which needs a high neuromuscular compatibility and exercise. The researchers recommend the stretching exercises be used in the training units that the trainers have designed. The application and use of them on different age groups.
