Abstract
A person alone cannot do everything, and the judge must seek the help of other people to be his assistants in completing his work to the fullest, without mistakes and loss of people's rights. The judge does not alone manage the justice system, but is assisted by the judges' assistants, and these are linked to the civil lawsuit with a set of rights and duties., whether directly or indirectly, according to the role of each of them. Provided that the proficiency of these persons in their duties impartially and proficiency is a real guarantee for the proper functioning of judicial justice and its completion in an accessible manner. And one of the most important things carried out by the judges' assistants is the procedural work related to the case and its major role in the regularity of litigation procedures and the progress of the case in its proper course. However, errors must be issued by these people at the level of their work, and therefore the lack of validity of these procedures may lead to the deviation of the case from its proper course, which results in the loss of the right or invalidity of the procedures. This is because the procedural legal rule is a binding rule, as it contains procedural penalties, and the error that leads to a defect in the judicial procedure is the penalty for nullity
