Abstract

The negotiation stage is one of the most important stages in forming a contract, as each party to the negotiation focuses on discussing the essential and detailed issues of the contract, ensuring that each party to the negotiation is committed to the contract in terms of the agreed-upon issues. But at the same time, one of the negotiators may suddenly and unjustifiably breach the preliminary stage of the contract, causing harm to the other party, and thus deserves compensation for breaking off the negotiations. To ensure that the negotiation is not breached, several principles must be adhered to, including: adherence to the principle of good faith in negotiation, and the principle of not deviating from honesty, integrity and frankness, in addition to avoiding fraud, deception and fraud. If the negotiating party does not adhere, he becomes ill-intentioned in that.
