علاقة البحث العلمي بالتنمية المستدامة في المجتمع العراقي

Abstract

Sustainable development is considered as one of the priorities of societies on the path of progress, in that the development of economic and social potential requires thoughtful scientific progress, and that this progress is carried out only with the numbers of basic necessities represented by material and scientific capabilities that lead to a comprehensive and integrated development of all sectors of society, social and economic. This includes all the types of economies such as agriculture, industry and education. In the light of this view the advanced scientific research is the basis of any advanced civilizational renaissance. Also if we consider the huge differences that favor developed countries over developing countries, this progress has not occurred without advanced education relying on highly educated scientific cadres and sober research and that Iraq, being one of the countries that are on the path of development and progress, must rely on systematic scientific research as it is the basis for approving the comprehensive development process, and this research comes to shed light on the importance of scientific research for sustainable development .
