Abstract

National sovereignty belongs to the people, and is exercised by the state on their behalf. Everything in the state is subject to the state from a sovereign standpoint, and no one is allowed to share the state's sovereignty. All major countries are living with internal problems, and some of them are trying to solve them by uploading them abroad, and they are the subject of scientific studies for making mechanisms for uploading them. The transition of public opinion from a supporter to an agitator  against a particular situation needs an information campaign and mobilization that drives the human community to adopt a point of view that does not prevent the use of coercive means and brute force  against a party in order to save the victims of their  images and created by the media, and that the national rights guaranteed by international laws and imposed their respect are violated by the adults, with media justifications, accepted its outward appearance as human, while its reality is something else. In reality, no country can live outside the international environment, due to the intertwining of interests and relations, and that a strong, internally consolidated state, strengthened sovereignty, and with unified people is incapable of being violated by other interests, and since the unified and guarantor is the constitution, it must be maintained and achieve the principle of equality between citizens of the state.
