Abstract

This research aims to focusing on the knowledge economy and the digital economy، which is characterized by an abundance of knowledge، which carries with its great opportunities that help improve and revive the national economy. Mechanical advances have assisted with proceeding to drive the economy forward. This has been all made more beneficial interaction among partnerships and countries; this permit created and emerging countries the same to tackle innovation all the more effectively, with the assumption for making better expectations of living for all interested parties. The economy-based knowledge aims to establish a real value for wages and salaries to expand the use of highly professional skilled work force that interacts with continuous education and training. The research relies on a descriptive approach to determine the nature of the knowledge economy, its concept and indicator, and the extent to which Iraq is heading towards it, as well as using the inductive approach to predict the ability of the economies of those countries to shift towards it by benefiting from the experiences of other countries by using statistical tools to search the analysis steps.
