Conditions and requirements to be taken into account by a connected person for the research sent to them to be evaluated for publication in Al-Rafidain Journal for Humanities and Social Sciences:

1. The registration shall have his name, academic degree, address, and date and evaluation rules with an electronic signature on the evaluation form sent with the research.

2. Fill out the evaluation form sent with the research to be evaluated and answer accurately all of them.

3. Make sure that the research title matches both Arabic and English, and if they do not match, suggest an alternative title.

4. Research answer obtained from the race.

5. The attractiveness of the application.

6. The evaluator should indicate whether the tables, pictures and charts found in the research are clear, adequate and expressive.

The reviewr should mark with a check mark one of the three options in the evaluation form attached to the research:

• Accepted without modifications
• Acceptable with modifications
• Rejected

8. The evaluator must clarify in a separate paper what the basic amendments he proposes for the purpose of improving the quality of the research and its acceptance for publication in the journal.

9. The resident has the right to request a re-examination after making the required modifications to verify the researchers' commitment to them.
