Abstract

The problem of leading society towards change and progress requires the existence of leadership and elites that have the ability to achieve those goals. The existence of leadership capable of leading society’s institutions will lead to the creation of many elites that those institutions will use to achieve the desired goals from the political, social and economic perspectives. This study aims to shed light on the relationship between leadership, elites, and management.
